    Description

    You're bidding on a lovely vintage Canterbury Silverplate Ashtray.   I don't believe this had ever been used as an ashtray and it would make a lovely salt cellar style dish or relish dish.
    This piece is tarnished and there is a spot along the edge on the bottom that appears to have a small scratch or the silver plating is worn.   I can feel it when I go over it with my fingernail.
