Technics Model RS-1500 Tape Deck. Unit is a 2 track and has 4 track playback for commercial tapes. The deck has been on my shelf for over 10 years. I powered it up for purpose of this listing. I did some very basic testing and the deck did pretty well. It plays, records, FF and REW's. I only listened for a couple of minutes and no doubt, the deck needs servicing. Is has dirty heads, controls and switches. The rubber pinch rollers likely need replacement as do the tape lockdowns and meter lamps. There are likely other service and repair items that could be required to make it a very nice deck. As you can see in the images, there are also some scratches on the deck and there are chips and gouges in the wood side panels. Overall, a nice deck that will make someone a great daily user with some maintenance and repair.  Buyer pays $ 90 shipping in CONUS
