This 1930 Cracker Jack prize is an open police whistle made of lightweight metal. Some rust INTERIOR but I have not cleaned it. 1 1/2" L" x 1/2" W. GOOD CONDTION OTHERWISE. ITEM FROM SMOKE/VIRUS FREE HOME. SOLD AS IS.
