Up for auction:
Pentron President PR-65 fully transistorized 4 track stereo tape recorder AS IS.
Title of listing acquired from users manual in the pics.
We do not know much about this item or these in general.
We have provided enough pictures for buyers to do their own research.
The bonus thing about this listing is it has the original reel demonstration tape and manual.  SEE PICS.
We attempted to test this, but because the motor "seems" louder than it should be we did not even run the tape through the reader.
We simply tested the "winding" and  "play" button to see if it moved the reels.  It does.
However, even if it does play we know there needs to be some work done to make it functional and would not be able to cover those issues with a potential buyer to our or their satisfaction...SO WERE ARE LISTING THIS "AS IS".
The microphones have something in them that is loose and rattles around.
All we ask is...
Please DO NOT bid on this unless you are prepared and experienced with these to fully refurbish them to make it functional.  SEE PICS.
We also have video of the motor winding and sound it makes.
