0609-899. The part number 0609-899 was replaced with 0609-967.
This came off a 2013 Arctic Cat F-800 Snow Pro LTD Snowmobile with 1894 miles on it.  The headlight assembly is orginal to the snowmobile and the internal reflector is consistent with the design Arctic Cat used in 2013.
Condition:
Does have some light scratches and scuffs. Corrosion to metal in spots. Light bulbs may need to be replaced.  This is a used part. It may have dust, dirt, smudges, scratches or other cosmetic imperfections.
