    AKAI GX-650D 3 Speed Double Capstan 10.5 Inch Reel to Reel Tape Deck Recorder Parts or Repair
    This Reel to Reel came to me in a lot of high end vintage electronics.  I made the ultimate rookie mistake of testing this unit before having it serviced.  It powered on and ran for a short time until I noticed some smoke coming from the unit.  I immediately unplugged it and here we are.  There is no local service provider in my area so my only is to pass this along.
